I do the Formation and Structuring of Nonprofits.
I practice family law including divorces, adoptions, modifications of divorces, paternity actions, and modifications of paternity judgments. I practice business law, including corporate and LLC formations. I practice criminal law including felonies, misdemeanors, traffic tickets, and DWI’s. I practice probate law including wills, estate planning, guardianships, and conservatorships. I also handle traffic accidents and personal injury cases. I have been involved for years with numerous nonprofits, so it is now part of my practice. My practice focuses on Butler County, Ripley County, Carter County, and Wayne County, including the communities of Poplar Bluff, Fisk, Broseley, Qulin, Neelyville, Naylor, Doniphan, Fairdealing, Piedmont, Greenville, Wappapello and Van Buren, but I am licensed for all of the State of Missouri and California.
